  • Up to Two(2) hours of consultation to outline your event

Event Décor
Event Décor Package - $750
​

​This petite package is perfect for the bride who's already got a plan and just needs someone to set the stage. 

​

  • Up to Six hours of set up and clean up of all event decorations.

  • Additional $75 an hour if more time is needed

  • Does not include coordination

Bronze Package
Bronze Package - $1,675

​While there's no such thing as a basic bride, you can still have a perfect wedding with this "basic" coordination package. Our coordinators will take all the plans you've made and put them into action for the perfect wedding!

  • Four months of planning

  • Unlimited day-of management

  • Two planning meetings

  • Your coordinator will attend up to three vendor meetings or walk-throughs

  • Layout of your day of events, including detailed timelines, etc.

  • Management of rehearsal, ceremony and reception

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Unlimited phone calls, or emails to bride, groom, and bridal party with your coordinator

  • Personal attendant for bride and groom day of event

  • Décor setup and breakdown

Silver Package
Silver Package - $2,275

​Our most popular package, this option gives you peace of mind when it comes to planning. Give us all your worries and questions and we'll turn them into answers and a perfect wedding day plan!

  • One year of planning

  • Unlimited hours, day-of management

  • Three planning meetings

  • Your coordinator will attend up to five vendor meetings or walk-throughs

  • Layout of the events, day of, including timelines, etc.

  • Creation and consultation for your wedding theme

  • Management of rehearsal, ceremony and reception

  • Consultation regarding your other vendor contracts

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Unlimited phone calls, or emails to bride, groom, and bridal party

  • Personal attendant for bride and groom day of event

  • Management of guest list and RSVP

  • Assistance with your wedding website

  • Décor setup and breakdown

  • One assistant coordinator as needed

Gold Package
Gold Package - $2,975

​The Gold Package includes everything in the Bronze and Silver packages, and more! This package is perfect for the bride and/or groom with no time and no desire to plan. Not everyone wants to be a planner, some couples just want to enjoy the day and know it will turn out perfectly. Let our team of experts answer all the tedious questions while you sip champagne on the sidelines. Cheers!

Corporate Package

While we love our weddings, it's not the only thing our coordinators can do. Let us plan your next corporate dinner or fundraiser, to bring your event a step above the rest.

  • Up to one year of planning with your coordinator

  • Unlimited hours of service on the day of event

  • Ten planning meetings with your staff leads

  • Event coordinator will attend all vendor meetings and all walk-throughs

  • Budget development

  • Layout of the events, day of, including timelines, etc.

  • Management of venue walk-through prior to event

  • Consultation regarding your other vendor contracts
